Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife has been cheating on me and is in love with him. She tells me I could keep the house all she wants is out.

We are not seperated or anything If I draw up the grant deed transfer as a married man, and I make a simple contract stated she is aware and is in fact gives up all interest in our house as a full divorce settlement will this stand in court in the event she changes her mind?
