Wife claims Divorcing in 3-5 years

Married 20 years, retired navy,married 12 years of 21 year navy career, kids are 18, home mortgage 200K, home value 475K, my 401K 100K, her 401K 30K, I make 80K, she makes 20K, I am 48, she is 40, both in good health. 7K in CC debt. What can I do financially to protect myself when the day comes? What is best way for me to keep home?

Well it was not too smart for your wife to give you that kind of notice. You should establish a separate bank account and cancel all credit cards in both your names and notify all creidt card companies that your wife no longer is allowed to use your name. If you have life insurance, you may be able to cash it in early for a percentage of what it will be worth.

Your are risking a lot assets by looking for answers on the internet. The best approach would be to contact an attorney and review the time that you obtained each asset in relationship to your marriage. Attempting to hide assets can be expensive in the long run. Also obtain all of the records about your assets that you can.
