Legal Question in Family Law in California

my wife and I have a court order not to to take the kids out of state you took them to mexico without the court approval or mine can she do that?

I would write her a letter requesting that she bring the children back. If she doesn't then you need to file papers with the court ordering her to bring the children back. You can go to the family law facilitator self help center in your local court house to get self help information.
