ex wife got dui

My ex wife just got a dui. I feel that my two sons are in a bad situation living with her the majority of the time. My oldest son who is 14 has told me that she drinks every night and passes out. she has also fell asleep while he is at karate practice and i have had to go pick him up. My sons grades are terrable and have been since they have lived with her but the past two times she has let tham stay with me thay have made honor roll. Do you feel that I may have a chance at getting more custody with my childern? Now I only have about 30% and I would like to have 50+%.

Assuming you are a good dad, then yes there is a very good chance of equalized time.
