Legal Question in Family Law in California
My ex -wife wants to eassess the child support. we've been divorced for over a year and i have 47% she has 53% of the kids. I haven't missed any child support dues. I pay $110 plus Half of medical and dental.. so i really pay $200 a month for 2 kids, plus half of any activitys they are in. I have the kids every Thursday,Friday and they go home Later on Saturday, the Following week I'll have them Thursday- Sunday and i'll take them to school Monday. She wants more money because her overtime is being cut,but she'll still make more money than me working 40 hrs. I'm Salary so my pay doesnt change unless i get a bonus at the end of the year. (which Varies)...Can she get more money out of me?

If her income drops, yes, she is entitled to reassess the amount and what you owe might go up. If your bonus hasn't been calculated into the support, that could cause it to go up too. It's all up to the computer program. It doesn't matter she makes more if she has more time too - the custodial time and the actual incomes are crunched through the program and the numbers come out. As long as the numbers are valid, that's what whomever the program says must pay pays.
