Legal Question in Family Law in California
My ex wife has a family court protective order against me.It has been 4 years and in that time she has came to my house dozens of times and acted like we were still together as if nothing was different from 5 years prior.I know I can get in big trouble but will the fact that she came to my residence make any difference.Do I have to maintain the 100 yards even at my own home.I have photos and video as well as countless witnesses that will testify she wasn't intimidated or coerced, and acted in no way like she described while she requested the order. How do I hold her accountable, and does this impact a custody case.

You should not have to leave your home in order to comply with the order, but you should immediately remind her of the situation and politely ask her to leave. She is not the one that is going to get into trouble, your are. You may also want to report this to police, but first consult with an attorney. I'm not quite sure what you mean by wanting to hold her accountable. As I stated before, she is not the one that is going to get into trouble. Perhaps you could use the evidence to have the order dismissed.
With the kind of behavior by your ex not following the order, you should return to court and request that the order be dismissed.
