Me and my wife want to file for dissolution of marrage uncontested what forms do i need?

Get a copy of How to Do Your Own Divorce in California by Nolo Press. It's available in most bookstores, and has all the forms and instructions you should need. Before I started practicing Family Law, I did my own divorce with the first edition of that book because it was easier for me to understand, even though I was a lawyer, than the law books I found.
