Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex wife filed our divorce papers and took everything including money, homes and cars...I got my clothes.

I wasn't represented and was in the hospital for depression. Is there a statute of limitations in California for me to dispute this?

I just want what's fair

Setting aside a default can be done within six months after it was entered. During this six month period it is relative simple to set aside a default. All you have to show is excusable neglect or mistake. After six months you would have to show fraud in obtaining the default. You should consult with an attorney as soon as possible. The longer you wait after learning of the default the more difficult to get the default judgment set aside.
