Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex wife filed income/expense declaration in Dept Y Norwalk signed April 27, 2010. I discovered her Chapt 7 BK filing 12 days prior. Value of assets; income; debts do not match. The BK Trustee still has her BK open one year later as he investigates. How do I get and/or find the authorities who will investigate her for the family law perjury? To make matters more serious, she permitted her husband to sexually abuse our daughter who is now with me 100% of the time since August 30, 2009. Thank you

Sadly, too many people perjure themselves in family law cases for the DA to investigate them. Anything that you can show she failed to claim on her schedule of assets would still be subject to division by the court, if it still exists. You should ask yourself that if in the best case scenario the judge awarded you something, will you get anything in reality? I think your time may be better spent focusing on helping your daughter recover from the mental effects of the abuse she endured. I am so sorry she had to suffer such a thing. I am glad she is safe with you now.
