Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife and I are filling out a postnuptial agreement (been married 3 years) in the state of California.

She is Thai. She has no assets here, only in Thailand. Which is a few houses and other properties, two cars and some cash. On the postnuptial form do we have to put down her Thai assets?

All assets and liabilities should be listed in the agreement and it should be prepared in conformity to California law. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to determine the best way to proceed.
