my ex wife is going to jail for 4 to 18 months on a dui charge. we have joint custody of two teen age boys (15/16) she being the custodial parent. she wants to have them stay with her common law husband while shes gone. i dont think so. what should i do? they live in az. i live and work in ca

You are going to have to go to court in the state that issued your current custody orders and obtain a modification. It should be pretty much a "no-brainer."
