Legal Question in Family Law in California
My wife and I have two joint checking and savings accounts. She took me off hers but I am not able to take her off mine. Also all of our utilities are my accounts. She broke into them online and switched everything. What can I do? She hacks all my emails and facebook accounts. I am not receiving the notifications so I was unaware she had done this.

When you file and serve your divorce action you should include with that a motion to address this behavior and request an accounting of the monies and resources taken by your soon-to-be ex-wife.
