Wife took my Kids

What are my rights as a father if my wife took my kids and left. and i can not see them and have no contact. Is she commiting a crime.

What do i do I miss MY kids

You should file a police report with the DA if it is truly a kidnapping case. You can also do the same thing if she is in breakage of custody orders.
