Wife took kids to shelter but I think she is lieng ive never hurt her how can I find them

Report this situation to the police. If she is not in a shelter, she us concealing the children and the police will assist in locating the children. You have a right to know where your children are. If they are in a shelter, meet with an attorney to explore the best legal approach.
