ex wife trying to take kids away

she just suprised us with a hearing,had 7 page letter of why im a bad parent,all accusations were wrong and some of no importance that had anything to do with my situation,but i am remarrying and she made comments to that,do non supportive comments make a difference,and my fiance is great but she has 2 children as well as i.is this a jealousy act and can she ever try again or succede with no gorunds to stand on?

1. Do non-supportive comments make a difference? Hmm, I know they make a difference to me. I always prefer supportive comments over non-supportive ones.

2. Is this a jealosy act? Got me.

3. Can she ever try again? A motion to modify child custody may be brought at any time, unless the moving party has been previously deemed a vexatious litigant.

4. Can she succeed with no grounds to stand upon? The grounds for such a motion are a material change in circumstances. The remarriage of a parent may constitute such a change.
