Legal Question in Family Law in California
Can my wife just leave and take the kids? We have been fighting(verbal fights) and she said she can't be around me. I don't know what my rights are as a father.

You should make sure she is not taking the kids out of state or somewhere far. If she appears to be hiding or kidnapping the children then you need to contact the police to ensure that does not happen. If she intents on filing for divorce you should speak with a lawyer before any custody battle begins.
