Legal Question in Family Law in California
My ex wife left california illegally with my son against court ordered visitation. She went to NY, Mass, and now in Florida, she tried to file a support claim in florida and "she says" they wanted her to come sign papers at the courthouse or they would terminate the support order and she would receive an FTA... I just received a" termination of support services" what does this mean ?? I never filed or applied for this... have the courts finally caught up with her??

It means that they are terminating collecting support on the obligee's behalf. If you want her to come back to CA file for custody/ visitation and contempt.
If you feel the support order is inaccurate, then you may wish to review of any support in a motion on that issue. If the Department of Child Support Services is involved, then the motion for support must be filed in the proper jurisdiction and DCSS must be included in your motion and served the motion to modify support.
