Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife left me took the kids and moved out against my wishes.

i gave her my full cooperation and all the time she desired to remove their posessions. they do have more belongings here.

i will continue to cooperate with her so she can get what personal property they may have left. i would rather make up and get back to being a family but it may be out of my control.

my problem is that she has been coming in the house with out warning and without my permission, when i am not home and taking community property. example a lap top computer that is our community property. but it has my personal documents, written by me, that i wrote for the bussiness i have been dreaming of starting. can i change the locks. and ask her to make an appointment for us all to be there along with a friend and a relative to keep it cool?????

Absolutely you can. You probably should have done that some time ago. My ex pulled the same thing and I never got some of the things back.
