Legal Question in Family Law in California

wife left marrage after 2.5 months

Not sure if marrage was fraudulent or not but she left yesterday with her two kids, my child (sole custody, age 10) was adbandoned while I was at work, when she left.

She is pregnet with out child and is now in Utah and I am in California.

It would be a simple divorce if not for the pregnacy. I have a home job and car, she is 40 and has no house, car or job and is going to her 85 year old dad's house.

Venue should be in my county and state? What is the best custody to ask for? It would be best to share 50/50 but not two states away. Do I have a resonalbal chance to get custody or make her move back to california to 50/50 custody?

Not sure by what you mean by Fraudulent marriage. However, assuming that your ex-spouse is properly served California will have Jurisdiction to grant a separation/ divorce. The Superior Court located within your county will have subject matter jurisdiction. As for your custody questions and what percentage and what you should ask for is a very complex question.
