wife lied to judge, foced me and daughter out no money

my wife went behind my back and did not inform me of a hearingin family court which she was granted as restraining order and when i found out i was given 15 min to get what i could and leave by sherrifs, well my daughter was not there thank god, however she does live there, which leaves her out wyh me. i work at home,just started bisiness, and this will destroy any chance it will work, and also the account that i was supposed to have some money in was drained so in 2 dy we will go hungry, i have noone i could count on to help, and wanty to get a emergency hearing so judge can recosnsider. can i, what do i do?

You would have to file an OSC requesting that the court review the previously entered temporary restraining order. State in your supporting declaration that you were not given notice of the request for a temporary restraining order. Stress those areas in her supporting declaration that are false. Also present the facts regarding the hardships that the present temporary restraining order is causing you and your daughter.
