Legal Question in Family Law in California
My wife lived with her grandmother and took car of her 9yrs ago her grandmother told her there was a cd set up for all the grandkids. This year her grandmother past she could not make it to the furnarel she was told by her aunt that the will eas change a year ago and that it read that the parentes of the grandkids would give them each some money her mom and dad have not given her anything . My question is how can she find out if she has any money that is hers .

If there was a will, it should have been submitted to probate. If it has not been, a probate needs to be opened and whomever has the will should be ordered by the court to submit it.
