Legal Question in Family Law in California
Help!!!
My wife lives in Montana a I live in California. We been having a few problems and she wants to take are kids to Montana in a week and I do not want her to. What could I do now? Please help, thank you.

If you file for divorce or legal separation, an automatic order goes into effect preventing your wife from taking the children out of state. If you file an OSC for child custody you may obtain a temporary order preventing the mother from taking the children out of state.
