Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife took out a loan mortgaging community property during separation

period. Are loand proceeds comunity property. Please quote case law

if you could. Thank you.

You don't need case law, just take a look at your family law summons. It expressly orders that she not encumber community property. She is in contempt fo that order. You need to file an OSC re: Contempt and as the judge to order her to immediately repay the proceeds and any remaining balance, or face jail for contempt.
