You can't stop someone from making allegations against you. It's up to you to prove them wrong. If you can catch her in a lie, then you can impeach her while she is testifying and that will discredit her, so that she loses credibility in the eyes of the court. That is why it is very important to be honest and truthful to the court otherwise they will not forget.
