Legal Question in Family Law in California
My soon to be ex wife has already had more than one man stay over night with her. One of which i found her in bed with him and my two year old daughter. Now she has another man staying over night. All this just days after her saying it was over with us. We have a 5 and a 3 year old. This obviously isnt good for my children to see so soon. We live in CA. Can I do anything to prevent this undue emotional distress being put on my children? We are fifty fifty with legal custody also.

Please suggest to your wife that as parents( for the time being) refrain from exposing the children to new romantic partners. I urge you both to consider co parenting counseling to assist you on establishing your new lifetime relationship as co parents and ambassadors of your children.
