Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex wife obtained a court order that allowed her to find and freeze my accounts in the state of California without my knowledge or involvement. She presented the court with a copy of our marital support agreement and falsely claimed that I was in breach of that agreement. I was never involved or notified. Is that legal and how can I stop it? Thanks

There are many instances in which an account may be frozen. You should have a hearing very shortly. I would suggest you are going to need an attorney on this one. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
