Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex wife who I always overpaid child support filed case I challenged. child support set up hearing but they still sent me notice my drivers license will be suspended. what do I do?

Read your 150 day notice paperwork. There is a form to request review from the agency to show them you have been compliant with your payments. You must do that.
