my wife is pregnant when she gave birth is the child can be a citizen and is there a posibility for us to be a lawful resident here

If the child is born in the U.S. it will be a U.S. citizen regardless of your status. Having a U.S. citizen baby, however, does not make a whole lot of difference to your status or improve your chances for obtaining legal status.
