Can wife be prosecuted with other two individuals

The District Attorney receives my email and states they are investigating child kidnapping and wants to know details which I give them. Local police take a report and submit it to the DA's office because of the problem my wife and mother in law caused which they called child concealment. Which was after police/me contacting her and she was supposed to return home from a 2 month visit and instead relocates to Alaska with my 3 boys after they were already gone for 2 months, and my mother in law funded and probably planned the whole thing-3 bdrm apt-phone-etc's with no divorce decree on record-no problems said that she wanted a divorce because when I demanded to know to have my sons, she said no. And a Social Worker my wife says told her this was acceptable. No legal advice just mom and ss worker-now that DA is involved, I plan to file when I can get time off work asap, but what will likely happen to wife or for that matter to mom-in-law and kids? What can be done to punish mom in law? Can I get my kids into therapy at her expense? Will wife also be charged if at all by DA? Wife and Mom not scared one bit-so I want to know if possible? Thanks
