Legal Question in Family Law in California

my wife and I purchased 2 burial plots when we were married.I was the main buyer but her name was on the contract too My wife filed for divorce after they were paid in full. the divorce decree did not have any mention of the plots or the disposition if sold. What do i need to do if I now want to sell them?

Technically, the plots are "missed assets" and need to be added to the Judgment. Or, contact her and reach a deal. They are community (based on what you said in your question), and she is entitled to half.
