Legal Question in Family Law in California
My wife and I are renting a house from my sister in-law with out a lease agreement in california. My wife wants to kick me out. Can she??

Not if you are a renter per the oral rental agreement or the rent is being paid with community funds. But her sister will just give you a 30 or 60 day notice [the latter if you have lived there a year or more] as she can evict one tenant without evicting both.
