Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife and i have been separaded by almost 3 years but we still legally married, she recently relocated my dauthger from palmsprings to fresno and has refused to give me her adress nor to allow anykind of visitations...and now she wants to change her lastname and my daughters to her maiden name ...can she do that legally without my consent ?

You should file a petition for dissolution of marriage, or a legal separation. This will allow to get a custody and visitation order. The fact that mother has taken your daughter and hidden her from you should be helpful in obtaining either custody or at least a very good visitation order. Obtaining the services of an attorney asap. Any delay in taking action will be prejudicial to you.
