My wife and i separated a couple of months ago and my 2 daughters caught my wife hiding a 17 yr. old boy,one of her friends son,in the closet of her bedroom in her apartment.She was in a night gown and he was half naked.We are barely getting our divorce started.Is there a good possibility i can get custody of my children?

Your future x-wife's social activity presents an issue but it is not determinative. Depending on your daughters' ages they can indicate their preference; you must demonstrate the ability to provide a good home and what is the childrens' best interest.

She should be reported to the police for statutory rape and child abuse.
