Legal Question in Family Law in California

my wife and I are separated. (she may or may not have filed for official separation). We share a business and monies. question: If I start another business for completely new sales or get a job. do I have to share proceeds with her?

You don't have to share in the community property sense. You may have to pay spousal support or an equalization payment, and that may have to come out of the new business.
