Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife and I have been separated since 12/13/05. She still lives in Ohio and I have lived in California since October 2006. Since the separation, she has given birth to 2 children with 2 different fathers, neither of which are me. We have filed for dissolution and have been going back and forth over the past couple years trying to get the papers correct.

My question is, am I responsible in any way for child support of these 2 children? Can she come after me for it?

Thank you in advance! This is very appreciated.

You cannot be held responsible for child support unless you acknowledged either of them as your own and held one or both out as your own child(ren), among other factors. Neither child should be listed anywhere in the divorce pleadings (at least they should not be listed if you filed in California--it may be different in Ohio). Hope this eases your mind!
