Legal Question in Family Law in California
hello, my wife and I sepperated some time ago, I had my sone for the first 5 years of his life and it was agreed that she would take him durring the school year once he started school. this was 3 years ago, I am suppose to get him in the summer but i haven't seen or heard from her since jan 2009, I been trying to contact her, I want to see me son. She willn't answer any calls, e-mails, messages. I know she is in washington, the city of yelm but I don't know anymore then that. We are still married but she has married someone else and had another child. I'm worried for my son, what can I do, what should I do. What is the legal way to go about this and what kind of money will I need to get together for it, not that the money matters but my son does.

You have a real mess on your hands. By waiting as long as you have, unless you went to court here in California in the past, jurisdiction over the child is now in Washington. So you are going to have to repost this question for the Washington attorneys to answer.
