Legal Question in Family Law in California

wife does not share payments

My wife makes double than me, but wants to pay 50%/less of total family expense. This 50% is more than my 100% income. She works more than 60hrs/week. So, I cannot have time to do a second job. I have to take care of our 4 minor children. Because of her we have separate bank accounts. She cannot take any negative answer, start screaming in 30 seconds. She does not want to move to a cheap place where I can afford just by my income. For the children's sake I don�t want to break family.

You should ask your wife to attend marriage counseling with you if you want to try to save the marriage and have 4 children. If you are at a point where you are on LawGuru asking this question to lawyers it could not hurt!
