can my wife who is from Texas, but married and reside in California, take my kids to Texas if i divorce her?

Maybe. Maybe not. Whether a parent will be allowed to move the children out of state is a very complex and usually hotly litigated issue when it comes up in a divorce. Each case is decided on its specific facts and circumstances.
