Legal Question in Family Law in California

Wife threatening divorce and wanting financial information?

My wife has been threatening me with divorce.

I have had a separate account that she does not sign on for many years, for business purposes. She has her own business and uses our joint acct for that.

She has secretly been to an attorney and is insisting we keep a joint acct. The attorney may have advised her to demand that. I have to wonder about that.

All mortgage payments have been made by me from my separate acct for 20 years..

She has more income than I have now, for the last 3 years.

What ramifications if any does this situation have should she sue me for divorce? We have separate finances and file taxes jointly, but since she makes more money than I do should she divorce me how would the division of property go, and would it be affected should I maintain only a joint acct and pay the mortgage from that?

Would I be eligible for spousal support from her?
