My ex wife is a ward of the state do I still need to pay spousal support? She tried to commit suicide and she is not all there and is a ward of the state. I have been paying for over 10 years.

Spousal support ordered by the court would be due and payable until terminated by the court. Before petitioning the court to terminate spousal support you should consult with an attorney. You do not want to file a motion to terminate spousal support and have the court order you to pay a higher amount.
