my wife me two years ago because she need her space.I loset my job and we dont have helth insance.she to file for deorvice and sell the house that i have been paying for sence she left.this is so she can get state adde for helth coverage,she cant get with her name on the house.I still love her and want her to come home.If she files for devorce do i have to sell or is the house mine.when she left the house was 3 payments behined and i got it cought up.what should i do.

You cannot be forced to sell the house if you can buy her out of her share of any equity in it. If you are forced to sell, you may or may not get some extra share of the money for the money you put into the house after she left. There is no way to tell without going over all the financial records.
If your wife has a job you may be entitled to spousal support. You can file motion asking for support and a hearing date set. A very good idea to meet with an attorney and go over your specific situation so you have a clear picture of your legal options.
