Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife has take our 3 yr old son to India and they are there for last 11 months.

Son is is US citizen and I am living in USA.

My wife won't let me interact with our son.

She has filed Domestic Violence case against me in India even though we never lived as married couple in India.

What are my legal rights to interact with our son?

Unfortunately you have virtually no rights except whatever rights you may have in India. India has refused to become a signatory nation to the Hague Convention treaty on international child custody and abduction. So once a child arrives in India, there is nothing outside of India that can legally be done.
