Legal Question in Family Law in California
My wifes lawer tried to cut a wage attatchment for alomoney the judge dismissed it due to being on the work form ,her attoney had it served anyway without the judges signature my boss has been attatching my checks i showed all the documentation he said untill he heres from the court he will continue to do so i cant afford a lawyer iwill have to change jibs if i diont get some relief what do i do

Most courts in CA have a free self help workshop to help individuals like yourself. I would go to the court to ask for this assistance and they can help you draft a motion to have this stopped.
