Wife's rights
My husband moved a female friend in for a couple of days against my will. She has been here for 1 1/2 months. I want her out. My husband and I are thinking about getting a divorce. I am the only one that works and pay all the bills. What can I do leagally to get her out of my house.

You could request a court order removing him from the home on the ground of emotional abuse. There are few judges that would not be disturbed by this conduct.
