Legal Question in Family Law in California

What's best?

Very soon I will need to have my child support recalculated to take into consideration the new baby my wife and I are expecting. What's the best way to go about this? Is this something that CSS should handle or am I better off hiring an attorney?

Also, is this a fairly easy process or is it complicated?

If money is not a factor, it's aways better to hire an attorney rather than let DCSS handle it for you. It's an esay process.
