Legal Question in Family Law in California

will the court grant me to take my son to Hawaii for my wedding ,hes in the wedding , I file motion n was wondering if they will say yes, I will trade my ex some days for the ones I need for the wedding

You can't ask an attorney to predict what a court will do beyond "most likely" or "probably" even if they have full familiarity with the case. Asking for that on the internet with no idea what the facts and evidence that will be put before the court for and against the motion is asking us to flip a coin. You can do that yourself. All I can tell you beyond that is that such motions are frequently granted, but then in most cases they don't have to be made in the first place, since reasonable parents will not go to court over something like that, unless there is more to the situation than you have told us. Which, of course, brings us back to the fact that no lawyer can give you an evaluation of what a court might do when they don't fully know the case, starting with what grounds your ex would have to oppose the motion.
