Legal Question in Family Law in California

will, guardianship of minor

Can you email me a legal doc. that I can fill out, regarding who gets my child, in the event of the death of both my self and my very loving hubby? Can you tell me what to do w/ the doc. after I've filled it out so that everything will be in order?

If you can't email a doc, can you email me a link that will allow me to print/download for free?

Normally such provisions are made in a Will executed by yourself and a will executed by your hubby. There are websites that provide will forms, there is generally a charge for the form. Preparing your own will can be risky, as there are procedural requirements for a will to be valid.

I can and will do those things if you enter a fee agreement with my office.
