Legal Question in Family Law in California
Well actually this will be my third post and most likely my last. I am very aware how this board and all others on the net work. My posting had nothig to do with me finding a lawyer via this board, it simple was a way to put Probate 1516.5 out there. Thats it..simple
I have already found lawyers who are well educated, have been in cases using PROBATE 1516.5.
Took alot of research, cold calling but I can tell you I did not find them via an internet board.
My original post offended a particular Lawyer, he in turn offended me being a little arrogant in his own ignorance thus my second post. If nothing else.....GO PROBATE 1516.5?

I assume you are referring to me. This site is for the asking of legal questions, not the informing of others as to legal issues or arguments. You worded your posting as a question, so you should have expected it would be treated as such. Even this posting end with a question mark, implying you are trying to ask a question. I was trying to help you by pointing out that no one was going to respond to your question because of the offending language you used in posted it. My response was clearly directed at that.
I do hope that you do not respond to this, but if you feel compelled to do so, please do not waste the site's space and instead respond to my e-mail.
