Legal Question in Family Law in California

Will the state bar request transcripts during an investigation or do I have to send them to them?

If you have them, and they know that you have them, they may ask you for copies. Otherwise, if they think it is important enough, they will order them from the court reporter, but have to pay a much higher fee for them.
