Collection by the Department of Child support Services ( DCSS) will always haunt you if you do not make satisfactory arrangements with them for payment of the arrears. Besides attaching paychecks, bank accounts, real property and tax returns, you have your California Drivers License and other licenses suspended for nonpayment by this agency.
